It has become a tradition in Turkmenistan to hold the solemn opening ceremonies of new facilities in a series of the building premieres, marking the remarkable dates in the national calendar. The opening ceremony of the large-scale enterprise at the Abadan Haly Open Joint Stock Company that will produce carpets and carpet articles took place with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in Abadan Etrap of the capital of Turkmenistan on the eve of the national holiday – State Flag Day.
